We will talk about the method of production of various varieties of beer and how to have the full enjoyment of it. You will have an opportunity to taste the regional brands of beer and food that is served with them. Beer experts will teach you how to assess the quality of beer on the basis of its appearance and flavour.
We recommend beer tasting that would include 8 glasses (12 cl - ca 1 litre) of beer.

One-day trip to the most popular sites of Herzegovina
Mostar (ca. 127 000 inhabitants), the best known and most attractive, and according to many, the most beautiful town in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mostar is the finest combination of the Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian architecture. Mostar is famous for the Old Bridge from the 16th century, destroyeed in the war of the 1990s and reconstructed in 2004. Mostar, with its amenities, appeals and attracts the tourists from all over the world.
We are going to visit the Old Town, Kujundžiluk (open bazaar), Old Bridge, Bišćević House (Turkish House), Koski Mehmed pasha Mosque, Saints Peter and Paul Church.
We are going to visit Blagaj, a small town situated ca. 10 km southeast of Mostar, by the source of the Buna River (karstic spring), with a beautiful dervish tekke built in the 16th century. The Buna River source and the Tekke have been under protection regime as a cultural and natural heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Buna River flows for approximately 9 km and joins the Neretva River west of Blagaj, in the village of Buna. Blagaj is famous as the former seat of the Herzegovinian ruler Herceg Stjepan Vukčić, and also as the birthplace of the Bosnian Queen Katarina Kosača-Kotromanić.
The Nature Park Hutovo Blato consists of 6 lakes and the Krupa River. It is on the BirdLife International Important Bird Areas List. Hutovo Blato is the largest bird reserve in the region. With over 240 bird species it attracts nature lovers from all over the world. Specially interesting is the bird migration season when tens of thousands of birds can be seen at Hutovo Blato. Here we will embark on a boat for a cruise on the lakes and have a lunch consisting of the Herzegovinian specialties typical of this area.
The Kravice Waterfall on the Trebižat River at a distance of 10 km from the town of Ljubuški. Owing to the exceptional beauty of its pristine nature, the Kravice Waterfall has been protected as the natural resource of BiH. The waterfalls are from 26 to 28 m high, with a lake below the falls of 120 m in radius. In winter, the Kravice Waterfall is a site of wild and intact nature. In summer, the waterfalls and the surrounding nature provide natural shade for many visitors and swimmers who enjoy in the clean water of the Trebižat River.
